Ariadne is a new residential complex in Paralia Ofryniou, Kavala, set just 250 metres from the sea with direct access to the sandy shores of Ofrynio Beach. The complex spreads across three plots and offers 22 apartments in total.
The architecture is modern and the layout has been planned around the privacy of the residents. Outside, a communal lawn garden and a communal swimming pool give residents space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The complex is now completed, making Ariadne an easy choice for a newly built holiday home by the sea, as well as a smart investment in a growing coastal area.
