Penelope is a small new complex of five modern residences at Ofrynio Beach in Kavala, just 60 metres from the sea.
The residences have been designed with attention to detail, offering generous and comfortable living space that suits families and larger groups. Interiors focus on comfort and functionality, and the spacious balconies are made for relaxing in the breeze of the Aegean Sea.
The area offers plenty to do, from water sports for adventure lovers to the rich cultural heritage of the region. The local farmers market is nearby too, with fresh vegetables, fruit and traditional products of the region.
Penelope is more than a place to stay. It is a retreat away from everyday life, and an ideal choice both as a vacation home and as an investment.
